International Relations: Introductory Analysis
Comprehensive introduction to contending theoretical and analytical approaches; development of critical, evaluative, cognitive, and analytical competencies regarding historical and contemporary issues
Ethnicity & Nationalization
(spring 2025)
This course looks at the ways in which identity influences governance from comparative and international perspectives. Topics covered include but are not limited to state formation, civil war, and terrorism.
Global Civil Society: Non-State Actors in World Politics
(spring 2025)
This course considers how international institutions, NGOs, and other non-state actors influence governance and politics within and across countries.
